Blue Oak Credit is a subsidiary of Kashia Services, a wholly owned economic arm of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians of the Stewarts Point Racheria (“Tribe”), a federally recognized Indian tribe. Blue Oak Credit is organized and in good standing under the laws of the Tribe. As a wholly owned Tribal entity, Blue Oak Credit is licensed by the Kashia Lending Commission.
Loan applications that have been fully verified and approved by 1:00PM Central Time on a business day will be funded as soon as the same day. Loan applications that have been fully verified and approved by 5:00pm Central Time will be funded as soon as the next business day. If your loan application is approved by Blue Oak Credit, your loan will be governed by Tribal law, federal law, and the terms and conditions of your loan agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) as applied to your loan will range from 300% to 780% depending on your payment schedule, pay frequency, loan term, and the amount of your loan. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees and collection activities as described in your loan agreement and as allowed by Tribal and federal law. Blue Oak Credit does not lend to residents of AR, CT, GA, IL, MD, MO, NY, PA, VA, WV. Availability of installment loans are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Blue Oak Credit.
*Some loans may be eligible for free same-day funding if approved on a business day by 1:00pm Central Time. Deposit times may vary depending on your financial institution. Same-day funding is not available in all states. Blue Oak Credit is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.
